I am deeply honored to be your guide on your yoga journey!
My love affair with yoga began 15 years ago when I stumbled upon a yoga class in my homeland of Canada. Yoga provided me with a profound sense of inner peace, balance and physical strength, and a connection to something greater than myself.
Since that moment, my devotion to yoga has grown immensely, leading me to become a certified yoga instructor.

I am a multi-style certified yoga teacher, having completed my training at Trimurti Yoga in Goa, India. My training encompassed various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, allowing me to offer a well-rounded and adaptable approach to yoga practice. Since then, i've tough in various countries around the globe to people of all backgrounds, ages and levels.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. My classes are designed to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore the transformative power of yoga at your own pace. I emphasize mindfulness, self-compassion, and the integration of breath and movement to help you find balance on and off the mat.
